Drunk
I’ve always thought of my dad as a drunk I can’t see anymore. It’s depressing knowing your own father doesn’t care about you. He may say it when you talk once in awhile but you know it’s a lie. You try so hard but you can’t do anything about him. Seven years is a while without having a real fatherly figure around. Then when he may come around you don’t know what to do. A step dad is not the same even though he’s been there for 14 years. I just wish I didn’t have a father in the first place.
