Sleep the Nemisis
If I had an arch-nemesis it would have to be sleep.
Most people struggle with getting too little sleep, but I’m near the complete opposite. I go to bed around 11 pm, and wake up at six… semi normal. Except when I get home at 3, i sleep until about 7pm. An extra 4 hours. Normal short naps, aren’t so normal for me.
If I went a day without my afterschool slumber, I’d have time to get more homework done, maybe workout or even socialize more.
The hardest part about breaking the sleep schedule is the fact that I’m already in it, and pretty reliant of it too. When I get home, dinner most likely has an hour left, so to entertain myself I’ll watch tv.. But its hard to be comfortable in pants. So I’ll change into pajamas and then I’m fully seduced and fall asleep, sometimes waking up after dinner, or not waking up until 1 or 2 am at all.
