Working at Sonic Drive In was tough enough, but after working there for a year is terrible. Enough was enough. My employment there has ended. However, a new job had to be found. A summer job was good enough until August. At this summer job, a promotion was offered to me. This promotion was to be the new videographer for the Exeter Parks and Recreation program. This promotion would bring in more money, but only in the summer.

A few days after turning eighteen, my sister called and said her employer was hiring. Rushing to Antietam Academy, a daycare which was hiring, a job was quickly offered. The job was to be an assistant and help watch over kids from kindergarten all the way to to sixth grade after school.

This piece is about what my summer was like without using the word "I." I tried to limit my use of the word "me," but the story wouldn't make sense if I didn't use it at all.
