Dear God
Dear God,
Who am I? I feel like you have given me gifts but I am unable to use them. I feel like I can’t escape my own mind. I want what you said this morning I want my life to be an example to others. I see teen’s like Rachel Scott and Cassie Bernell who in high school were able to DIE for you. Why is it so hard for me? I’ve seen you work in me. You have given me a passion for drill team. Thank you so much. I’m sorry for going along with people. I know now that even agreeing with them displeases you. Please forgive me.
Teach me to serve you on a daily basis. More important though give me love and unbridled passion for you. I want others to see you in me.
God, I am deeply jealous of my sister. Give me strength to overcome it and help me to get over myself. I need you. God, please help me to show love to others like your Son Jesus Christ did.
Love,
Your daughter
