Dear Best Buy,
In our family, Best Buy has always been the place to go to fulfil our electronic needs. Whether it be computer parts, headphones, video games, monitors, TV's, stereo systems, or any other electronic device, Best Buy has always supplied a convient and affordable shopping experience, while providing quality products that last as well as exceptional customer service.
My recent purchase at my local Best Buy, however, was not nearly as enjoyable. One month ago, I purchased a Phillips cassette adapter that allowed music to be played through an MP3 player. The product was in perfect working condition until about two weeks after the purchase. The cassette adapter spun very fast, made loud clicking sounds, and would no longer play music. Eventually, the cassette adapter was spit out of the player After trying other cassette tapes in the same cassette player, I concluded that the cassette adapter was the source of the problem, and not the cassette player inside the car.
Best Buy has always provided us with high quality, lasting products that have satisfied us over many years, with little occurrences of defect or faultiness. If this inconvenience could in any way be compensated, it would be greatly appreciated, and would restore my confidence in your products.
