My family is a house in the orange glow of the sun. My mom is the door always welcoming people in, protecting me from the outside world - the truth. My dad are the rooms, internally hot. Each day he is a different room, a different emotion, a different him. I am the roof trying to protect everything in the house. When it get to be too much I let go. When it rains, drops start to seep slowly through the cracks.
