Beautiful eye soaring sunset
This last summer, some of my closest friends and I went swimming at night at my house in Wisconsin. It was about 6:30 o’clock and we enjoyed the last minutes of the sunset. We saw the bright colors that glowed blue, pink and smudge of purple. We decided to watch how the sunset changed over time through our own eyes. We were amazed by how gorgeous and bright it occured. We decided to get out of the comfortable water of my pool to take a picture by the sunset. While we grabbed our cameras to take a picture of it, the sunset faded from our eyes.
We were all trying so hard to find out what angle to take the picture from. But then we just took the picture from hotdog style because we all thought it would show more and fit in the picture. After we took the picture one of our phones got dropped into the pool by mistake because we all were surprised on how the picture looked. But when we all looked up at the sky the sunset was extremely gone and the sky was pitch black. We all went inside and tried to fix my friends phone with a bag of rice. We basically all had to wait for the phone to turn on. 15 minutes later…. The phone turned on and it looked brand new. She was excited that it worked but she lost some of her contacts and pictures.
We all sent her some of the sunset pictures that we took on our phones so she could remember that night when we looked at nature. We all decided to go back outside and look out at the stars while the trees were swaying back and forth. We kept on talking about our experience with nature that night while you heard coyotes howl and bats flying around. We never wanted to forget this major event because it was pretty dang cool!
The next day we all woke up pretty dang early. It was about 6:30 in the morning. We were all exhausted about the night before that we didn’t care about what we looked like when we walked outside. Our hair was all over the place but none of us really cared that much. It was really cold that my hair was standing up in any direction. But when we were standing outside we saw the most beautiful sunrise that was yellow and orange. They both looked like they were fading away and losing the brightest colors. We all smiled… but in our minds we were crying like a lion.
