Winter
White moves in a storm coming every winter taking over an inch of green. With the winds howl tasting like ice-cold water hitting your lips. Seeing snowmen dancing from one house to the other with grins on their faces. The color of creamy brown hot chocolate whispering in your ears to add more marshmallows. If you look underneath peace, you might hear the sounds of Jingle Bells being played on repeat. At the edge of silver a shine of a brightly decorated tree lights up the room. When you toss sadness to the wind, it returns with the knocking of every family member walking through the door. At the top of tomorrow waits my brother desperately tearing every inch of the wrapping on the presents.
