Love's Garden
Love is both an emotion and a decision. A decisions that shows power, strength, and depth beyond any feeling we can muster. To reach beyond our pain and choose to love our tear-sender is more binding than any experience we share during moments of mutual joy and respect. To love their worst requires maturity beyond the years of man, patience beyond all realms, and more hurt than we should ever have to bear. This love--the love that sticks through anger, sadness, pain, and weakness, is truer than any euphoric feeling. Few are willing to bleed from the thorns to experience the roses beauty.
But you do.
I'm so lucky to have you for my gardener. A green thumb stronger than my prick.
You see worth in me when I am wilting, and nurse my withered petals when I'm sick.
