My Hero
My hero is my dad. He was a marine and talks about everything that happened. He never seemed to be scarred about the things that happened to him when he went to Fiji or Japan. He once had to sleep in the tropics under the stars and woke up with the biggest spider found there on him. I guess many of the other guys were scarred of them, but the way he tells the story, he really didn't care. The one thing he hates is snakes and if he finds one he will kill it instantly. He has taught me a lot through life and done way more than needed for me. My dad and I are exactly alike each other and get reminded about it every day from my mom and sister. Yeah he is gone a lot and that's the one thing that I don't like about him. You get used to after awhile and understand that he has a lot to do and has hobbies like hunting. I have accepted it because sometimes he needs to get away and he has done a lot for me. My father will always be my hero for he has done so much in life that has amazed me.
