Cyberbullying is one of the many problems in my community and the world. It is looked apon as if it is nothing. Like it doesn't exist or like it doesn't hurt. technology is the newest thing now a days, and half of teens in the world are on their phones for most of the day. It inrages me as to how some people can say that cyberbullying isn't an issue. It inrages me to see parents and schools alike say this even though it obviously is an issue with major consequences. Some parents  even disagree with children when it comes to bullying and cyberbullying. Some parents  believe that cyberbullying isn’t actually bullying, and say that words cannot hurt unless said in person. And even some schools believe that bullying isn't an issue in their community, as if it doesn't even exist. Schools and states alike are interested in trying to stop bullying, but the programs they implement have been ineffective. Some schools may be interested in the problem, but unfortunately many are not. Some schools never even investigate the bullying accusations, and some don’t even believe bullying takes place. Schools need to strengthen their rules on bullying, and try to stop it at the source. They also need to add rules saying how cyberbullying is just as bad.. and if it involves two teens from their school, they should be able to stop it.
