Stop. People must stop hurting the earth’s animal population. If the air was clean, the endangered species list would not exist. Land animals are affected by both the air and water. In my opinion removing and polluting water has the biggest effect on animal extinction. People must stop changing the earth by polluting and removing the natural resources such as air, land, and water, causing animal extinction.
If the air was clean, the endangered species list would not exist. Many people may say that the air isn’t a problem for us so why would it be a problem for animals? Crop dusting for example, flying over and dropping poisons on crops may help us now, but think about when the air is full. Also, the smoke left from industrial factories moving place to place. Think about your everyday life, sending gasoline and diesel fuel into helpless animal lungs. After people clean the air to save animals, they need to focus on the land.
Land animals are affected by both the air and water. Another thing people might think is that the land is enough for us to live healthy, why not animals? Only two percent of forest habitats are left to give the animals a home (Costantini). About 500 species of animals and over 700 species of plants are threatened or endangered (Endangered). Animals are becoming homeless due to 36 million acres of forest habitat being lost to mankind. Once people fix the land they need to fix the water for aquatic life.
In my opinion removing and polluting water has the biggest effect on animal extinction. Lastly, people may think that the water is healthy enough for animals to drink. Every living thing needs water to survive, but when poisons from crops seep into the ground water it is bound to harm many animals. There is less water in marshes and swamps due to draining and new development. Some people accidentally change the ecosystem by shipping foreign species between bodies of water. When people clean the air, land, and water, the endangered species list will not exist.
People must stop hurting the earth’s animal population. If people don’t clean the air everything on the planet will be dead including mankind. Until people clean the land everything and everyone will become ill or harmed in some way. Without clean waters every living thing with become dehydrated and lose all of its energy. If every animal becomes extinct people will be starving and all of us will turn into flesh hungry cannibals. When people clean the air, land, and water, the endangered species list will not exist.
