End of School Mud Ride
Last year at about this time, a bunch of my friends and I went on a big mud ride. We went down Muscle Lake, and Bayou Desote. There was about 50 bikes, and almost 100 people. It was the end of the school year, and we were all very excited for the summer. We had mud races, competitions in the mud pits, and mud fights. When someone would get stuck, we would pull them out, and someone else would try to make it through the hole. When we got to the lake, we all got off our 4-wheelers and went swimming. The cool water felt so well, because we were all sun burnt, and the mud was starting to dry on our skin. Some of us drove our 4-wheelers in the lake to see who could go through the deepest water without drowning out their 4-wheeler. I also pulled a kneeboard behind my 4-wheeler in the shallow water, to see who could ride the longest. When we finished swimming, we all went to my friend’s house to get something to eat. That was a very fun day, and we are planning to do it again this year.
