Expectations
When I hear the word “expectations,” I think of failure. That’s all they bring, after all. When people expect things from you, you are being set up for failure. Nobody’s perfect. Nobody can live up to everybody’s expectations. It is just not physically, emotionally, or mentally possible.
So my question is “why try?” Why should I or you or anyone put themselves through hell if the only possible result is failure? Why give a care?
