Stress
Have you ever been stress?
When I’m stress I cry. I just ball like a baby, because I feel helplessness knowing everything is leaving my grasp. Then I chase after the feeling of control, never being able to reaching it. Also, I get this physical feeling, of not being able to breathe. Almost like I’m drowning, and that scorching sea of water flows into my lungs, and all I want is to breath air. Crying is my way of getting rid of that water and welcoming fresh, sweet air to enter and blossom in my lungs. But sometimes Im unable to cry and that water stays in my lungs for a long time.
If you keep doing the exact same things, waiting for a different outcome, nothing will happen. Change the way you handle and take on the things stressing you out.
