My Bill of Rights
1. Freedom of Beliefs
A- Any person has the right to think and believe in anything they want.
B- People should not be discriminated against for their beliefs and opinions.
2. Freedom of Same Sex Marriage 18+
A- Any person has the right to marry whoever they want after the age of 18.
B- Ages of sexual consent and dating consent is 16 and up.
3- Freedom of peach to anyone (consequences pending)
A- Any human has the right to speak their mind for what they believe in/ or do not believe in.
B- You have the right to freedom of speech in a peaceful manner pending certain consequences for the situation.
4-Freedom of restraint on property
A- Any person has the right to do and say as they please on their property.
B- Any person has the right to have who they want on their property.
5- Right to an attorney/ right to remain silent.
A- Any person has the right to remain silent and wait until an attorney is present to speak about anything.
B- Every person has the right to an attorney no matter what.
6- Right to Life
A- People have the right to live and be free to express themselves.
B- Persons have a chance at life, liberty and happiness.
7- Right to Personal Property
A- Any person has the right to their property.
B- People have the choice to do as they please with their property.
8- Right to Social Security
A- Any working person deserves the right to have social security to fall back on in older ages.
B- Any person that sustains at least 1 or more jobs for a longer period of time to get social security.
9- Right to work and buy human needs
A- Every person has the right to work without discrimination or judgment.
B- Every person has the right to buy human necessities.
10- Your right to human rights
A- Every person has the right to every basic right or this list.
B- Even while being incarcerated or not every person has the rights to basic human needs.
