Digital Divide
I agree when it says “The older generation is taking half of our jobs and the other half is taken by robots”. I agree with this quote is because its saying the robots are taking half of our jobs. They are making robots to do our jobs like say if someone is trying to be a machinist they are making robots to do his jobs so they barely need people to work for them. The robot industry claims that it will cost effective for business to use robots because they do not have the added expense of paying them a salary and benefits. Also, I agree on when it says “Most people take their phones everywhere. Teens especially need their their cell phones on them 24/7”. I agree with this because teens do take their phones everywhere, they like going on social media and communicating with their friends. I am worried about that robots are gonna take our places and we aren't going to have any jobs to work when we graduate. Where I got these quotes and information was the article Digital Divide by: ANGel92 on Teen Ink | A teen literary magazine and website
I chose this article because it interested me because it tals about the older generation is taking half of our jobs and the other half is taken by robots.
