The Stupid Idea
Sarah E.’s story, “The Stupid Idea”, of her traumatic and stupid idea, left her friend’s ear scarred for life. People rarely ever think things through these days. People usually have to have something terrible happen before they think things through. That is exactly what happened to Sarah: “As soon as I saw blood, I started to panic.” When things go bad people begin to panic and don’t think things through. “The only thought in my head was that I need to keep going. I pushed as hard as I would to get the needle through her ear!” said Sarah. At that moment Sarah should have stopped and taken the needle out. Even though we are all humans, we need to think before we act.
