My Last Visit
I found Kori’s article, “My Last Visit” extremely moving. I cannot imagine losing a father to prison, especially at the young age of eight. Kori’s vivid vocabulary makes her experience come to life. I can almost see the pain in her eyes as she approaches her father. I wish all children that have a parent in prison could read her story, for maybe they will find the strength to make miracles for themselves, too. Thank you, Kori, for sharing your wake-up call with us.
