L-Bomb
The poem "L-Bomb" by Tabitha F. greatly expressed how love could not only be a wonder emotion, but also "destroy" a person. Being inlove, one forgets about reality and can only focus on that emotion. The feeling of intense love or passion isn't "something you [can] shake off with a hardy laugh" and ignoring it will only make it stronger (Fritch). However, once you give into love, the world seems extremely different with "splendor down to its core." Love has its consequences as it does its benefits, but being enamored with the right person is worth it all and more.
