Feedback on Legalized Marijuana Could Mean Disaster
“Legalized Marijuana Could Mean Disaster” by “Chris” is a thought out piece of writing that opens people up to the dangers of marijuana usage. Told from an ex-marijuana user, the author explains to us the mental effects of marijuana through statistics. He draws back on his memories of being a chronic user of marijuana and the culture that downplayed the effects of marijuana surrounding him. “For nearly 24 hours, I had no control over my body.”, Chris recalls. The author brilliantly uses his experience to reveal the true effects of marijuana.
Personally, I agree with Chris’ opinion. All this writing did was confirm fact once again about the deadly effects of marijuana. Although there has been an economic boost in states that legalize marijuana, Chris explains that it isn’t worth the trade. He describes marijuana as a gateway drug, which is a drug that leads to other drugs that can potentially cause deaths. It is a beautiful piece that opens your mind.
