I found Isabell Y's, "Ramen" article interesting because even though it speaks of eating ramen, it is more than that to her and her family. Having a common interest in a family can make people feel a lot closer. From what Isabell had said about her family, "As if they knew I was about to call them, my father, mother, and brother sat themselves at the table", this shows that it is a routine they have while eating food they all like. I feel that having a tradition whether it be on a holiday, birthday or just a normal day with dinner, can focus on a point on what family is really about. It's about being together and talking on events that happened to their individual lives and just getting closer together, and for Isabell, it would be the love of Ramen in her family that can bring them closer. Thank you, Isabell for speaking out about the love of Ramen in your family and how it brings you together.
