Anxiety Disorder
Do you know someone with anxiety disorder? I have anxiety disorder. Everyone has a little bit of anxiety but some people have more than others. It is okay to feel scared and upset. I used to not eat in the mornings and I never smiled. I lost a lot of weight and I was never happy. People all over the world have anxiety disorder so don't feel like you are the only one in the world who has it. My mom always tells me that there are some things in life that you just have to deal with like stress. I used to think that every little problem i had was because of my disorder. The things i am most scared of are: my parents leaving, sleepovers, flying on airplanes, storms (mostly tornadoes), and car accidents. Some of these are just life and a lot of people are scared of these situations too. It always makes me feel better if I talk to someone who is close to me to share my feelings. I hope this helps some of you who have anxiety disorder or knows someone who has it.
