Cross Country Actually Exists
I can relate to Brooke B.'s article "Cross Country Actually Exsits." Cross country is a sport that requires hard work and dedication. This sport needs to be reconized as much as more popular school sports. Cross countryisn't a sport that everyone can handle. According to the article, "waking up at 6:00 in the morning to go run 10 miles probably isn't everyone's cup of tea." The kids who run cross country are hard workers, and they go underrecognized because it is overshadowed by more popular sports and that needs to change. I am a varsity football player and even though you said that I "would die if I wern't acknowledged," I do acknowledge other minor sports like cross country at my school. We are all athletes and need to support each other.
