“John get out there you are needed in the war,” says the commander at the base.

“Yes,” John thinks for a little bit trying to remember the commander's name. ”Sir” John replies. John wonders if he ever knew the commander's name? no.

“Get out there now. That is an order”

As john approached the war zone he looks at the vast open sightline looking directly down to the front lines. He instantly realizes what is about to happen and drops down just barely missing getting hit by the sniper. Because john has some time to spare he thinks about the war. He thinks about what the war is about? And why?

**BOOM**

A bomb just exploded, making his hiding spot from the sniper the worst place to be. Trying to get up john is impaled by shrapnel. He has one eye is open to see a blue sky becoming black and white. Then his world starts moving up in a stuttered fashion.

John is being pulled away by a medic.

Next thing john notices is being on a platform with people standing over him taking notes.

“What is your name boy?” one of the men asks.

“Um… I’m Koby. No... what,  I - I don’t know.” john replies.

“It’s john,” another one of the men says.

“O, yea” john says trying to rest. John looks at his digital watch: 3:23.

When john wakes up people the same people are there.

“He is awake” a man yells into the opposite direction john is.

A person comes running in urgently, he is dressed in a medical suit. It seems that john is the center of attention in this place because of the doctor and the people surrounding him. This is john's 2nd week so john does not really pay notice to this.

Someone in the crowd out of nowhere says  “You're going to die soon.”

John’s heart skip a beat while he takes in the news.

“It turns out the shrapnel was laced with curare. So you're probably going to die soon” the same person says.

Dying on the table john tries to get up. His arm goes right through the table, making him fall off the table. John turns to look at his missing right arm with astonishment. His eyes start to water up a little bit as continued to stare at his nub.

“Before you die we need to ask you some questions. Did you find the enemy...” the doctor says.

“STOP” John screams while he starts to make his way to the door.

“Wait, we need to know this!”

John leaves through the doors. He is greeted by a fellow soldier.
“Well did you find the enemy base?”

“What?” john says in confusion still walking away. He takes a glance at his watch again: 3:23. John falls over face first into the muddy ground with excruciating pain. This was it he know he was dying, the neurotoxin was kicking in. He felt the loss of mobility in his left hand. He could not think straight. John is struggling to survive.

Just barely alive john sees people trying to wake him up. “You survived. Wake up.” john just barely hears in the form of background noise.

Fully awake john look at his watch 3:24.

“Do you know where the base is?”

“Yea...” john says. He thinks about it for a little bit.

Remembering where their base was, john starts to tell them everything about the base. While John is saying all of the information he realizes he does not remember where he got the information from. He got scared. “But I have never been to their base before?”

John hears “That will do. End it.” from someone.

John's vision turns black. He becomes cold from the stinging pain of a metal surface on his bare back. He can’t move because of the leather constraints attaching him to the metal table.

“Where am I? Is anyone here?” john asks.

There is no answer. John looks at his watch: 3:24
