Death by Fiancée
He collapsed with a shudder as the pain of the bullet coursed through his body. He could not believe this was happening. How could she do this to him on the eve of their wedding? He was so in love and had thought her feelings were mutual, but apparently that was not the case. As he started seeing black spots, a sign of him losing consciousness, he saw his fiancée just standing there watching him, the gun still in her hand. When they made eye contact, a grin spread across her face, showing her lack of compassion, her eyes saying, “I feel no regret about shooting you.” Using the little energy he had left, he tried to rack his brain for any reason why she might have done this, but he came up with nothing. Despite what she had done, he still loved her. Looking her straight in the eyes, he used his last breath to mutter the words, “I love you.”
