Are You Scared Yet?
Standing, as a spine-chilling sensation creeps through your skeleton. As is agonizes every nerve in your body, you stand. Unmovable, paralyzed. Taking a trembling breathe, your stomach drops through the floor. You try to swallow hard, but your mouth is a desert. What’s happening? Someone pressed the pause button on your life. You attempt to move but your feet are glued to the floor. Your mind is working a million miles a minute, trying to register everything that’s happening. The world around you is barren for a moment. Everything is black, dark, and incorrect. You blink twice, but nothing changes. You’re flummoxed. The walls seem to be closing around you. Your scream echoes through the hallway. Are you scared yet?
