My eyes wake up adjusting from the cloudy vision I am experiencing. I am in a dark room unable to see anything a few feet in front of me. If my hand wasn't raised perpendicular to my body I wouldn't have any idea it was there. I use my hand like a cane to figure out where a wall is to use it as a guide to get around the room. I decide I'm going to take a few laps around the room and as I am walking around I notice there is nothing in here. The room is empty besides the fact I am inside of it. How long have I been here? Who brought me here? Why did they bring me here? These thoughts have filled my brain and they are making it pound hard. I sit in the far back corner farthest away from the door. Light from underneath the door turns on and begins to shine into the tiny room that I am in.

The squeaky door opens slowly and the light begins to illuminate the room and a tall figure appears. They remain quiet and they bunch up their long hair into a tight messy bun on the top of their head. I begin to recognize the small features in her face and once she is fully in the light I figure out who she is.

 "Ms. Bellsinger?" I ask

"Sarah sweetie you know you're not supposed to call me that." Ms. Bellsinger says holding her hand behind her back.

"Ms. Bellsinger it's Rebecca from your third period English class, not Sarah," I try to explain.

"Sarah we are not playing pretend anymore. It is time for breakfast," Ms. Bellsinger insists.

 "I'm Rebecca," I cry out

"Look what mommy has for you Sarah," Ms. Bellsinger says holding out a beautiful blue rose.
