I Watched the Light
Orb-like glistenings freed themselves among the clouds azule and grey. It was all too surreal.
I watched the people gather round me, looking up. Everything was silent as death, and yet there was a feeling in my heart...a lot like the feeling of chills, like when you hear a choir of angels sing-- It sings along. The lines of the clouds were shapeless, ever-forming and hurling like gentle monsters. I felt so small beneath them. The illumanent moons floated gingerly. I realized I was holding my breath, afraid that at any moment the crystal-like things may shatter. It was cold, so very cold out...but the sight of the moon garden could not draw us all in to our homely comforts.
