What would happen if Qui-Gon Jinn never died?

If Qui-Gon had survived and not died to Darth Maul, I think many different outcomes could happen. One of them is that Anikan never would have turned bad because Obi-wan would’ve finished his training and had more help to train Anikan. I think because of this Anikan would have accepted Padmea's death and raised his 2 kids to be very strong in the force.

This would also affect Luke because him growing up with a father would make him not dislike the dark side so much. In the 4th movie, A New Hope Obi-wan lies to Luke and told “Your father was a very strong Jedi and one of the best star pilots in the galaxy and he was betrayed by a Jedi that turned to the dark side.” I think this motivated Luke to become a Jedi and fight for not only the good side of the force but also to avenge his father.

Another outcome that could’ve happened if Qui-Gon survived is Obi-wan turning evil because he loved his master Qui-Gon and Qui-gon getting killed motivated him to never turn to the dark side and avenge his master by destroying the dark side of the force. For example, in the first episode right after Darth Maul kills Qui-Gon, Obi-wan’s mind is filled with hatred for the dark side and it motivated him to take down the powerful Sith lord Darth Maul. If Qui-Gon survived, Obi-Wan wouldn’t be torn from losing his master.

Qui-Gon’s death started a chain reaction for Anakin to turn to the dark side, and this caused Obi-Wan to see what the dark side does to people. In the 3rd episode, Revenge of the Sith Obi-Wan Anakin turns evil and tries to kill off all the Jedi. Obi-Wan sees footage of him killing younglings and notices what the dark side does to people and will never turn to the dark side. But I think if Qui-Gon dies none of this happens, potentially causing Obi-Wan to turn to the dark side.
