It was a thursday morning I had woken up early I felt that it was going to me an amazing day today. I decided to wear my favorite top, my favorite blue jeans with my favorite shoes. I had curled my hair and put a blue bow with some really nice earrings and necklace. I got to school and went to meet my friends and we sat down at a bench to talk before it was time to go to class.
"You look really pretty today." Said Kayla
"You really do girl, you look stunning." Said Julia
"Aww thank you girls, you girls look beautiful." I said
"Well I have to go to class now, it's a bummer we don't get to see each other during school, we have different classes and different lunch hours." Said Julia
"I know, I really wished we had classes together." I said
"I agree." Said Kayla
"Well I have to get going too. Have a nice day girls." I told them
I went walking to my history class.
“Good morning class” Mr. John said
“Good morning Mr. John” the class said.
“Today we will be welcoming a new student, please make him feel comfortable” he said to the class. “Would you please tell the class what your name is and where you come from.” The teacher told the student.
“Yes sir. My name is Jordan and my family and I moved here from Louisiana.” He said
“Interesting, you could take a sit now” the teacher told Jordan
He was the most cutest boy I had ever seen, his green eyes, his smile and his accent, he was just amazing. He sat next to me, so lucky we have a class together. Later that day it was lunch time; I went to the lunch line and it was really long like always. Got my tray and went to sit down with new people I started talking to since my friends don't have lunch with me. While I was walking to the table I saw Jordan sitting down with other people. I kept staring at him while walking, until suddenly I bumped into someone. My tray had gotten on my shirt, I now had meatball sauce all over me.
"I really hope he didn't see this" i said to myself while getting up
I got up and looked up; everyone was staring at me, that was a mortification. I went to the bathroom to try and take the stain away. I had an extra shirt that i use for gym, good thing that it was clean and the day was almost over.
"Excuse me" someone said while tapping on my shoulder
"Oh hey Jordan, I don't think we introduced each other, I'm Alyson" I said
"Hey Alyson, nice to meet you." He said "Would you please help me and tell me where this class is?"
"Yes sure, let me see your schedule, well it looks like you have chemistry, I could take you there I have that class next too" I said
"Yes thank you for your help" He said nicely
"No Problem, So do you like it here in Virginia so far?" I asked
"Not really, it's ok but I feel out of place" He responded
"I feel you, being the new kid in school could be hard sometimes, but it's matter of time that you get used to it and make new friends" I said.  "So tell me about you, what do you like to do?"
"I'm into hiking, water skiing, skating, ice skiing and many other things. Something that I really want to do is going sky diving." He said
"Wow that's really interesting, and yeah I've been wanting to go sky diving also, it seems really fun. Also something I really want to do is go on a road trip." I said
"Maybe we could go sky diving together someday. And where would you want to go?" He asked
"Yeah sure that'll be fun, and it doesn't matter, I would be fine going somewhere far" I said
"I could take you, we should go together it would be fun going together." He said
"Yeah that would be fun." I said smiling
We got to class and he sat down next to me. When the school day was over I got home and took a shower after what happened today during lunch. The next day I went to school and got to my locker and got some folders I needed for the classes.
"Hey Alyson" Jordan said while approaching towards me.
"Hey Jordan, how are you?" I asked
"I'm good thank you, how about you?" Asked Jordan
"I'm good also thank you" I said
"So I was going to ask you if you would want to go to class together?" Asked Jordan
"Yeah sure" I said
We went walking to class..
"I know we just met but you're really nice and i would want to know if we could be friends" He said
"Yes that would be nice. You're really nice too and you seem fun to be around" I said
We went to the rest of the classes and everyday we talked we became closer and closer. We became really good friends. He told me everything, every secrets and every adventures he had. When we left home every night he would message me and tell me goodnight, he was the most amazing and loving friend I have ever had. He waited for me when I got to school and at the end of every class we didn't have together. One night I texted him and said..
"Hey Jordan, I just wanted to tell you goodnight and I hope you sleep well. I've been trying to tell you something but i hadn't known how to. So I decided to write it and tell you. Since the first day I met you I liked you; since we started knowing each other more I have been liking you more and more. I know you probably don't feel the same for me but it's okay. I just had to tell you that. Since I told you I like you i don't want things to change between us..." I said
"Hey Alyson, I would want to be in love with you, you're an amazing, beautiful, caring and loving person. I like you too but you know I still have feelings for my ex girlfriend, even after she left me, even if she's with someone else I still love her." He replied
"I understand, I just had to tell you that and get it out of my chest." I said
The next day he came over my house and started hanging out. We went to the park we started swinging on the swings we went down the slide and just had a good time, we were just like little kids. We went back home and we put music on. We were singing along and dancing. We put slow songs and i told him I don't really know how to dance that. So he decided to teach me, we were really close to each other with romantic music on the background. Every time I just kept looking at him and he kept looking at me. He then kissed me I didn't stop him from doing it. He stopped and looked at me and started kissing me again. We then continued dancing and when the song was over we sat down and had some snacks. It was getting late so he had to go home. He texted me at night again and said...
"That was an amazing kiss, I wish I could've done that before." He said
"Yes it was nice but why did you do that?" I asked
"I like you too, like I told you before I want to be in love with you." He said
"Okay, I'll be here whenever you want to be with me, you're worth waiting for." I said
"I appreciate that" He said
We hung out more often and we usually kissed from time to time. A few days later he texts me and says...
"Hey Alyson, I'm sorry to tell you this but my father had decided to move back to Louisiana. I don't want to leave but I have to." He said
"When are you leaving?" I asked
"We're leaving tomorrow night" He said
"Why so early?" I asked
"He says it's better to leave tomorrow. They started packing early today, I had just gotten the chance to tell you. I won't be able to see you today because I have to finish packing." He said
"Ok I understand..."I said back
I was dejected that he would  be leaving, he's my best friend and only friend I trust. The next day he calls me and tells me to go outside. I went out and saw him standing there.
"Here i brought you this bear so you won't forget about me." He says
"Forget about you? I will never forget about you, we will still be in touch wouldn't we?" I asked
"Of course we would" He said
"Well i have to go in a couple of minutes, Just wanted to see if I could have one last kiss." He said
"Yes sure." I said
"I'm really going to miss you Alyson." He said
"I'm going to miss you too, don't forget about me," I said
"I would never forget you." He said while giving me a hug
"Goodbye, be safe." I said
He texted me and said...
"I miss you already."
"I miss you already too." I replied
"I can't believe that I'm leaving... mostly leaving you." He sadly said
"I know, but things happen. Would I ever see you again?" I asked
"Hopefully, we're eighteen, hopefully when we finish school I could go visit you and we could go on adventures together." He said
"Yeah sounds good to me" I said
"I fell in love with you..." He said
"Did you really?" I asked
"Yes I did. And I didn't know it until when I left and felt like there was something missing." He replied
"I'll wait for you until you come back. You're the only person I like and will always like." I said
Two days later he had already arrived to Louisiana. Days after that we barely texted. I missed him like crazy, but I don't think he missed me. He probably forgot about me. That's something I always thought when we didn't text. Months later and we still barely text, we only say good morning have a nice day and goodnight I hope you're doing well. It was spring break and we have three weeks off. One day he texts me again and says...
"Good morning beautiful, sorry i haven't been in touch as much. I've been working."
"Hey good morning, don't worry about it." I replied
"Where are you at beautiful?" He asked
"I'm at the store right now." I said
"How long would you take to go back home?" He asked
"In about thirty minutes, why?" I asked confused
"I'm just wondering." He replied
I got home and when I opened the door there he was. I ran up to him and gave him a hug. I was so surprised to see him there I started crying tears of joy.
"Omg hey, I missed you so much." I said happily
"I missed you too, here these roses are for you." He said handing me the roses
"Thank you." I said
"Sorry for not being able to text you, I've been working so I could make a good amount of money to come and visit you." He said
"It's okay, don't worry about it, I kind of thought that you forgot about me." I said
"No never, I told you i wouldn't and i won't ever forget you." He said
The next day we went to a restaurant to eat.
"Alyson, would you be my girlfriend?" He asked
"Yes I would love to" I said back smiling
He stayed here for almost three weeks. He had to return back to Louisiana to finish school and finally graduate. We spent the whole time together and we went everywhere together. We were really happy to be with each other.
He left and we talked and face time each other everyday. His graduation was a week before my graduation. It was my time to surprise him. I flew all the way to Louisiana, he was really happy to see me again. I couldn't stay there for more than two days. I left and in a few days was my graduation. He came over for my graduation and stayed here in Virginia with me. We moved in together and were happy with each other. It's always best to go out with your best friend, you can always be goofy and just be you with them. It sure was worth waiting for you...
