The intense sound of leaves crunching
under the patina of leathery brown boots.
A glistening walnut hardwood floor complements the warm
shades of brown, orange, and yellow that seamlessly transition
throughout the house. Subtle hints of pumpkin spice and
maple pecan radiate as I walk slowly, as if to capture all that fall has to offer.                          Warm cocoa caresses my lips as if to remind me of the richness of the
seasons changing, while caramelized apples decorates the top of
a well done pumpkin creme brûlée. The cooling of the day destined for the smoldering of dark hickory wood as the evening drifts away effortlessly.
The flickering of flames reflect within your eyes as we move steadily
towards each other. Cautious of the intentions that arise from within.
We fall into the warmth of each other, not to purposefully pursue passion,
but to innocently recreate the warm feelings that Fall brings.
Beginning with the natural fall of decaying leaves, we unknowingly fall for each other.
