Here After
I laid back on the grass with my knees bent to the to the sky. Though I wasn't looking at him I could feel as he laid next to me.
"You know I won't always be here." I told him.
I could feel him looking at me, his bandages long gone.
"I know that as well as you know I always will be. All that matters to me Alia is knowing that someday I will be able to find you again." He said.
I looked at the sky above us, the one that would never fade... much like him, the clouds that would soon be gone... just as I would.
