when strong is all that is left

The woman stood in front of the table, her sad hands show a dark path. A path that is hidden to the human eye. The path and stories she will never tell her children. The stories her friends wonder about when they think of her. But she knows this path isn't forever. She knows better will come to her. When she is free of the burden of wondering and assuming. When the negativity is gone. I know i will see her beautiful smile. To see the smile of a strong woman.
