The Final Kill For A Murderer

The son watched his father fall to his knees. Blood spilled from his dad’s stomach. It was a drive by shooting. Forcing the son never to tell, I held a gun to his head.
Soon after, the police escorted me in handcuffs. I knew the real story had been told by this gutsy child. Fear sprang from my stomach and clogged my throat. Nothing would be the same again. His son swore he wouldn’t take the blame for someone who ruined his life. He stared at me and said, “Justice will be served.”
