a sunrise
I sit on a hill of grass, the dew like stars in this forest green sky. I look above and see the velvet blue ocean, and the twinkling lightis within, each flickering out, as if being blown out by the gental breeze blowing from the south. I look torward the east and see a light, a golden globe rising from the silent forest below. Natures chorus holds its breath and all is silent as the sky above is streaked with red and tinged with the roses pink. Threads of blue and purple are sown into the fabric of the heavens, swallowing stars, as the sun takes its rightful place. On its' throne in the heart of the sky.
