North Dakota State University MAG

Fargo, ND: Recently I took a campus tour of North DakotaState University in Fargo. Not only does this college promote a fun andentertaining environment, but also has an excellent academic climate. NDSU hasmany choices, ranging from agriculture to science, from business to earlychildhood development, and many others.

NSDU is known for its outstandingengineering program. The choice of classes in every major seems unending, and theprograms are designed for students with general needs or those with unique goalswhich makes it easier to figure out what you really want topursue.

Student accommodations include dorms that are near all theclassrooms. There is a choice of doubles or triples, and living in the dorms yourfirst year is a great thing. All the people on campus seemed very friendly andaccepting. The dorms at NDSU all seem to be a pretty good size; you're guaranteedto be able to fit all your most important things in your room.

There arethree dining options available in halls where meal plans are required. Thechoices of eating places, such as the traditional Cafe Latte or Taco Bell, isremarkable; you'll never need to leave campus to eat. There's even a specialkitchen open to those who prefer to cook for themselves.

NDSU is one ofthe largest sports-oriented schools in the Midwest with the Fargo Dome one blockfrom campus. The school spirit is a big deal and it seems as though everyone isreally involved in sports.

North Dakota State University is a great placefor those who really want to succeed in life.

NDSU's dorms are not all close to class buildings or dining centers.  Look up stockbridge hall.  Also older dorms are falling apart.  School spirit is non existant.  NOBODY goes to any of the major sports games.  Dining centers area  HUGE rip off.  Most prof. are good and classes are good though
