National Ukrainian Dress

I am Ukrainian myself, and I have always marveled at the beauty of the national clothes of my country. Though I never got a chance to wear this kind of clothes, I was very excited to draw them. The character is just one of the few characters whom I designed over the years. To make the picture more appealing, I used a gradient overlay or blue, yellow, and red. I used Photoshop CS4 Extended and a Wacom Intuos 4 Tablet.
