The Emperor's Clothes
The piece is about how we teenagers, as a whole, try to conform to what's popular. The rhyme (part of the lyrics to the Song 'Cross the Line' by Superchic[k])asks 'Why?'. Can't we be individuals without being looked down on? Why should I conform to their standards of [fashion]? In the words of another Superchic[k] song,"Today, I choose to be the One and Only."
